Monday thru Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Closed for lunch: 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.

Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Appointments

Please call our office to schedule your appointment. If you are a patient of record and are having a dental emergency we will make every effort to schedule you on the day you call.

Changes & Cancellations

We know you will make every effort to honor your appointment time. Give us 24 hours to rebook your appointment time if you have to cancel. Our time is valuable!

Insurance Information

We are providers for the following insurance companies:

• United Concordia
• Delta Dental
• Trigon / Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

Please provide complete insurance information so we can file your claims correctly. A copy of your insurance card will be needed at your appointment.

Please note that if you have another insurance carrier and are allowed to choose your own provider our office will be able see you and file your insurance for you. We are also researching other insurance companies such as CIGNA and Aetna and may soon be providers for them.

Payment Policy

Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. Checks are accepted from patients of record in our dental family.

We are currently researching other financing options and are looking for a company we feel will best suit our patients financing needs.
